Social Media Manager

Duties Description-

A Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and managing an organisation’s online presence to enhance its public image and engagement with target audiences. They collaborate with senior colleagues to align social media strategies with business goals, products, and services. The role involves producing and distributing content such as posts, campaigns, and digital communications across platforms, while ensuring consistency in brand messaging. Social Media Managers engage directly with clients, followers, and stakeholders through online interactions, live sessions, and events to build relationships and strengthen reputation. They also monitor performance using analytics tools, evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting strategies to improve reach, engagement, and overall impact.

Key Responsibilities – Social Media Manager

• Develop and implement social media strategies to support business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
• Create, manage, and distribute engaging content across social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement to maintain a positive online presence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote products, services, and campaigns.
• Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Salary: £42,000 to 43,000 per annum based on level of experience.
Weekly Hours: 37.5

Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Experience: 3 – 4 years.

Business Support Officer

Duties Description-

The Business Support Officer provides administrative, operational, and analytical support to improve organisational efficiency and service delivery. The role involves reviewing business processes and work methods, analysing operational activities, and producing reports with recommendations to reduce costs and enhance performance. Responsibilities include managing contracts and service agreements, processing payments, coordinating purchased services, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. The post holder may also support communication and engagement activities by preparing promotional materials, press releases, fundraising initiatives, and campaign-related events, while ensuring all activities are delivered efficiently and in line with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyse business processes, departmental activities, and workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost reduction.
• Conduct work measurement studies and prepare reports with recommendations for process improvements.
• Manage administrative and operational support activities, ensuring effective service delivery.
• Process contracts, coordinate contractual arrangements, and maintain accurate records.
• Handle client payments and support the procurement of services in line with organisational procedures.
• Prepare and distribute communications materials, including reports, newsletters, leaflets, and press releases.
• Support stakeholder engagement, fundraising activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to management and project teams as required.

Salary: £34000 to 42,000 per annum based on level of experience.

Weekly Hours: 37.5

Qualification: Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience: 3 – 4 years..
